WHEW… summer / early fall has been incredible. We had lots of visiting friends and family and enjoyed showing them beautiful Fernie. I have been continuing to paint and add to my wall at the Fernie Arts Co-op. Our Flower Beadwork Collective (beading group) prepped and had our gallery opening at the Fernie Arts Station, September 3. Finally we drove from BC to Montreal, Quebec to visit our son. I got to stop in Winnipeg to see the work in progress on the front of the Red River Heritage Centre, with the gorgeous installation piece, designed by Jennine Krauchi.
